Refund Policy

General Return Terms

Users can cancel a purchase without providing a reason. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. The completed request form should be sent via contact form: https://kwik-smart.ge/en/support

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product costs less than 30 GEL
  • Perishable or short-shelf-life items
  • Sealed items whose packaging was opened, affecting hygiene or health safety
  • Items that were mixed inseparably with other products upon delivery
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Opened sealed audio/video recordings or software
  • Items showing signs of use or damaged packaging
  • Products missing required documentation (warranty, manual, accessories, etc.)

Defective Products

If a factory defect is discovered after 14 days, users must contact the service center specified in the warranty document.

Return Processing Times

Tbilisi: Within 3 business days of request submission

Outside Tbilisi: Within 5 business days

Refund Policy

After the product is returned, KWIK will review the request within 24 hours.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If the return request does not comply with the policy or Georgian law, the product will be sent back to the user.

Refunds are issued only via bank transfer to the card used for the original purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer covers the cost of return shipping.
