General Terms
This document defines the terms and conditions for using the KWIK website and serves as a binding agreement between the user and Argia Trading LLC (ID: 406325178).
Each order placed on the website is considered a separate sales contract between:
- Buyer – an authorized user of the website
- Seller – Argia Trading LLC
By placing an order, users agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.
KWIK reserves the right to modify its content and policies as needed. Any changes will be automatically accepted by users.
Definitions
- KWIK (Company, Website) – Argia Trading LLC, registered in Georgia.
- User – A legal or natural person who meets the requirements of this document and intends to purchase products from the website.
- Account – A personal profile registered on KWIK’s website.
- Registration – The process of creating an account to purchase products or receive services.
- Authorization – Logging into an account.
- Product – Any item listed on the website for sale.
User Guarantees
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user confirms that they:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
- Will not use another person’s identity for registration.
- Will not violate third-party rights or engage in illegal activities.
- Have read and accepted these Terms.
- Will not disrupt the website’s functionality.
- Will not use KWIK’s intellectual property (logos, images, patents, trademarks, etc.) without written permission.
- Will keep account credentials confidential and are responsible for all actions performed using their account.
- Agree to receive marketing materials but can opt out.
KWIK is not responsible for damages resulting from a user’s negligence or third-party access to their account. KWIK is also not liable for disruptions caused by internet providers, mobile companies, or other external factors.
Registration Process
To purchase a product, users must register by providing:
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Password
Users can log in via Google or email authentication.
Ordering and Payment
The user selects a product and adds it to the virtual cart.
After clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, they are redirected to the payment page.
Payment is available only via bank card.
The user enters their card details, and the payment is processed by the bank.
KWIK does not have access to card information.
Upon successful payment, users receive confirmation via email or SMS.
Delivery Terms
KWIK delivers orders every day, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Delivery times vary by product but do not exceed 2 business days.
Free delivery within Tbilisi.
For outside Tbilisi, the delivery fee is determined at checkout but does not exceed 10 GEL.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Georgian law.
In case of disputes, parties should try to resolve them amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Tbilisi City Court.
KWIK’s liability is limited to the value of the disputed product.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
